The Polk County Shoebox Project

Thank You for your support!

Thank you to everyone who supported our Virtual Shoebox Drive in 2020! We are so grateful that we were able to provide gifts to local women impacted by homelessness during this particularly difficult time.

The drive is now over until next holiday season, but you can support our efforts all year long!

Here's how you can help in the off-season:
  • Create a Virtual Shoebox
  • Make a Donation to our Local Chapter
  • Get your Company Involved
  • Fundraise for our Local Chapter

100% of your donation will go toward purchasing gift cards and essentials for local women impacted by homelessness.

I am beyond excited, and grateful to be joining The Shoebox Project for Shelters, it’s such a wonderful opportunity to be able
 to serve within my community.

Homelessness affect
s so many in the United States, I can’t imagine what it would be like during the holidays without my love ones, and not knowing what will happen from one day to the next. The shoebox project has motivated me to help make a difference, and shed a light on homelessness.

Providing these boxes is a small gestures to help empower women, and let them know that someone is thinking of them during the holidays.

Our Shoeboxes go to Women Accessing the Following Agencies:

Peace River Center for Personal Development
